You can enter the serial number of your Mac into the Apple Support website and find the complete specifications of your Mac:

Don't have the serial number?

1. Turn on your Mac
2. Click on the Apple menu
3. Click "About This Mac"
4. Click "More Info..."
5. In the Hardware Overview window that opens, you will find the serial number near the bottom of the list (right hand side pane)
